Amanda joined the company in 1994 and was appointed to the Board in 2000. She manages all business operations, including human resources, finance, administration and business planning. She is responsible for staff recruitment, training and development and ensures that staff development is a priority for the company. She is responsible for the company achieving the Investors in People standard continuously since 2000.

As the company's quality manager, Amanda ensures that the company has robust systems and processes in place, not only for administrative efficiency, but also to make sure we deliver a consistently high level of service to our clients. Keeping a close eye on the company's finances means that we are able to operate effectively on a day-to-day basis and also plan for the future.

A member of the Institute of Directors, she was awarded the IoD's Diploma in Company Direction in 2003.
