Julie is the Director for Interel’s international Health business. She has over 15 years experience in the healthcare and public affairs arena. Throughout her career she has held managerial positions in European Public Affairs, Public Relations and healthcare institutions including Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. She is also a regular speaker for the Foundation Trust Network and served as Policy Advisor to the International Alliance of Patient Organisations (IAPO) as well as Expert Evaluator on Public Health for the European Commission.

Julie led the creation of European patient organisations/action groups in many disease areas including stroke, kidney disease, chronic pain and antibiotic resistance.
Julie has an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics.
